OEM Finland Oy at Helsinki's Teknologia '25
At Teknologia, Helsinki, 4–6 November 2025, OEM Finland Oy presented Durakool’s DC switching solutions for electrification and demanding industrial applications, meeting strong interest from visitors working on next-generation vehicles, energy systems and automated machinery. Teknologia is Finland’s flagship industry and technology event, bringing together over 13,000 professionals and more than 400 exhibitors.
On OEM Finland’s stand, Durakool drew attention for its robust contactor and relay portfolio designed to switch high currents safely and reliably in real-world conditions, including systems used in vehicles, renewable energy, and industrial environments.
In particular, discussions focused on high-voltage DC architectures where safe interruption and long service life are critical. Durakool’s high-voltage DC contactor range is specified for applications up to 1500 VDC and 800 A, using features such as magnetic arc quenching and sealed inert gas chambers, with options like PWM economisers and auxiliary contacts for added efficiency and monitoring.
“Across the three days, we saw a clear trend: customers want switching components that reduce risk without adding complexity,” says Mikko Kokko, Product Manager at OEM Finland. “Durakool’s range helps designers build safer HVDC power paths in applications like EVs, charging, energy storage, and industrial power distribution, while keeping integration straightforward.”
If you’d like support selecting the right Durakool solution for your load profile, duty cycle, or safety concept, OEM Finland’s team is ready to help with recommendations and product data.
