Durakool is proud to introduce the CHV800P Series — a next-generation high-voltage DC contactor engineered for outstanding performance in even the most demanding Energy Storage System applications.

Engineered for reliability and endurance, the CHV800P is rated at 800A @ 1500VDC, effortlessly handling inrush currents of up to 12,000A (2ms) and 45,000A (<1ms). Its magnetic arc blowout design ensures safe, stable operation—even in the most demanding switching environments.

With a dielectric strength of 6000VAC, the CHV800P delivers exceptional galvanic isolation, making it an ideal solution where maximum insulation integrity is essential. Its robust design supports an electrical life of 1,000 operations at 600A/1000VDC, helping to extend service intervals and reduce total cost of ownership.

Constructed with oxygen-free copper contacts sealed in an inert gas-filled ceramic chamber, and equipped as standard with auxiliary contacts and a dual-coil economiser, the CHV800P redefines performance and durability for high-power DC contactor applications.
